All Kinds of Stuff

A visit from Nana - playing cutesy in the car. He knows how adorable he is and uses two tactics to try and get his way. First the "how can you resist me?" smile demonstrated below and if that doesn't work full blown screaming. The poor guy doesn't realize that mom and dad have already played this game with his brother and it doesn't work the second time around. We really need a bigger car - 2 in the back seat is doable but three is like looking at a can of sardines. Thank you Nana for my new bike! It is so nice to be able to pedal without my knees hitting the handlebars. By the end of the summer the goal is to remove those training wheels.
Still likes to taste everything.
An action shot of Connor and a new friend at the bike park.
Another supercool gift from Nana - a Spiderman Slip and Slide. The warning states that it is not meant for anyone over the age of 12. I didn't listen though and tried it out anyway. And yes, it still feels the same to have the air knocked out of you at 29 as it did when you were 9.

Peanut butter faces.
I'll have to post a picture of Connor's first birthday cake. I went gourmet - Darien's birthday party fell on a day that I had two articles due. But damn it tasted good though :)
As you can see, he really didn't care it wasn't perfect.
We don't worry about getting Darien to keep his elbows off the table, we have problems with keeping his feet under it.
