Yeah, glad to see that we have some more family on here now. Just need you to start posting. If you only go to our blog site http://cornwellfamilyblog.blogspot.com/ you can post comments re a post (shows as a link at the bottom of post you commented on) but if you go to the blogger website http://www.blogger.com/home you can go to your dashboard to create your own post. This is where you can attach pics etc.
So Connor hates to stop playing when he is outside and we typically see him going where we "can't" see him so he can pee with us being none the wiser. Today for some reason he hightailed it inside to go to the bathroom. I came in to check on dinner and realized he had been in the bathroom for quite sometime. Rather than disrupt his privacy and incur his wrath, I waited until he was done. Here is how our conversation went (sorry in advance Connor if you happen to read this when you are older or better yet, skip to the next post):
"Connor, why didn't you put your shorts back on after going to the bathroom?"
"Because I need clean ones."
"Why?!?"
"They are wet, I washed them with water in the sink."
(Makes sense right?) "Oh, why did you have to wash them?"
"My poo was coming too quick when I was coming inside. I heard a big plop and sat down but my poopoo landed on the floor and I had to find it. Come see how I cleaned it up mommy!"
He pretty much used a half-tub of Darien's wipes and cleaned my bathroom floor and then cleaned out his swim trunks and washed his hands. I'm gratefull he didn't just leave it for me to find!!

Gee it sounds like something Ashley did when she was only one. Ashley decieded once she woke from one of her naps that she needed to be an artist. She took off her diaper and proceeded to paint the walls, bed, dresser and carpet with the pooh that she had in her diaper. My dad had to repaint the bedroom. It took me hours to clean up. To this day Ashley tells this story to anyone who will listen (with a big grin on her face). The joys of parenting!!!
